Botany Co-op!

Co-ops Made Easy!
If you do a homeschool co-op, you must check out my new
Botany Co-op Manual
that makes teaching Exploring Creation wiht Botany EASY!

This teacher's manual is twelve lessons designed for any classroom environment. If you are teaching a co-op science class and looking for a guide, this eBook aids co-op and classroom teachers tremendously.

Even if the teachers are taking turns, as in a co-op setting, and unaware of what was taught the weeks before, they will find instructions that are clear, concise, easy-to-follow and will help them with every aspect of teaching the class. The teacher needs only the Exploring Creation with Botany text, and the lesson she is to teach from the eBook manual. Providing this resource in an eBook form is especially suitable for co-ops as the leader can print the eBook and distribute the lessons to the teachers in charge of each class.

Each lesson begins with a suggested arrival activity, a scripted devotion that spiritually connects with the day's subject matter, ideas for discussion and class interaction, review questions from the last class, guided questions for the day's lesson that include hands-on activities and demonstrations, relevant games to help with retention and handpicked read-aloud suggestions that correspond with the material. Many of the activities and demonstrations are supplementary to those found in Exploring Creation with Botany. The teacher can pick and choose which activities, demonstrations, games, read-alouds, discussions and review questions she will use in the class, depending on the age of her students, the time she is allotted and other factors unique to her circumstances.

The manual is designed to be done in twelve class sessions that includes a field trip to a botanical place of your choice. A co-op that wishes to do the book in one year could break- up each lesson into two class sessions and include several outdoor excursions to study botany in the field. Additionally, a botany science fair could be included in one of the classes. For more information, and to see the table of contents, visit
